Tape Production

Our standard zipper tapes are manufactured in our in-house Weaving Department. Standard tapes are produced using polyester yarn; however, upon special request, tapes can also be manufactured from cotton or transparent materials. In addition, we are able to produce glossy tapes as well as custom tapes featuring customer logos.

Following customer requests, product designs are prepared and, after customer approval, mold development is carried out. Subsequently, samples are provided to the customer for evaluation, and upon order confirmation, production proceeds. If required, new mold development can also be performed in line with customer specifications.
