İGA Tekstil was established in 2002 in Istanbul under the umbrella of Me-Ga Zipper, with the aim of conducting international trade activities.  Operating from its production facilities located in Esenyurt–Akçaburgaz, İGA Textile provides integrated solutions in the field of textile accessories with a well-established and reliable structure.

İGA Textile was founded with the aim of manufacturing zippers and has consistently adopted a quality-focused production approach and a wide product range as its core principles. Our production facility is located in Esenyurt, Istanbul, covering a closed area of 4,200 m².

Our production process begins in the weaving department. The woven zipper tapes are dyed using standardized Continuous System dyeing machines in compliance with Oeko-Tex standards. After the dyeing process, the tapes are finished and prepared for the production of nylon, metal, and bone zippers.

Our standard zipper tapes are produced from polyester yarns. Upon special request, production can also be carried out using cotton, silver-colored, or transparent materials. In addition, customized zipper production using customers’ logos is available, and we also manufacture zippers compatible with needle detection systems for specialized requirements.

İGA Textile is committed to producing products that are harmless to human health. All our products are manufactured in accordance with the European Standard 94/27/EC, ensuring nickel-free zipper production.

İGA Textile also operates in the production of metal accessories within its organizational structure, focusing on the manufacturing and wholesale of high-quality textile metal accessories. All metal accessory products are approved by Oeko-Tex and British Standards.
