Metal Department

In this department, metal wires are formed into zipper teeth and applied to the zippers. Subsequently, the teeth undergo a polishing process, after which the zippers are finished and the top and bottom stops are applied. After completing these stages, surface coating is carried out according to customer requirements, and the zippers are then sent to the Quality Control Department.
